PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS ARE ONE PART OF A SUCCESSFUL PROGRAM. THEY ARE NOT THE ONLY PART OF YOUR PROGRAM.

ELECTING TO TRAIN WITH A PROFESSIONAL IMPLIES THAT YOU WILL MAKE TIME OUTSIDE OF YOUR SESSIONS TO PERFORM MOVEMENT AND PRACTICE HABITS COVERED DURING TRAINING. THIS CHOICE FURTHER IMPLIES THAT YOU WILL MAKE TIME IN YOUR CALENDAR AND PRIORITIES IN YOUR FOCUS FOR SUSTAINABLE PROGRESS.

PRIORITIZING YOURSELF, YOUR TIME, AND YOUR GOALS ARE A CORNERSTONE OF SUCCESSFUL TRAINING. LONG-TERM, INCREMENTAL CHANGES WILL BE THE EMPHASIS. MY DUTY TO YOU INCLUDES SHOWING WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE SHORT TERM IN ORDER TO REACH THE LONG-TERM GOAL.

THE PROGRAMMING, YOUR GOALS, YOUR BODY COMPOSITION, AND YOUR LEVEL OF CONDITIONING WILL AFFECT HOW YOU RESPOND TO EACH WORKOUT.

I DO NOT EXPECT EVERYONE TO FEEL "DEAD" AT THE END OF A WORKOUT, NOR DO I EXPECT ANYONE TO FEEL LIKE THEY DID NOT ACCOMPLISH ENOUGH. WORKOUTS ARE DESIGNED WITH CARE AND RESPECT TO YOUR GOALS TO HELP YOU CONTINUOUSLY AND SAFELY MAKE PROGRESS.

PROGRESSING OR REGRESSING A CLIENT DEPENDS ON HOW MUCH FOCUS AND EFFORT INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF SESSIONS COME FROM BOTH ME, THE TRAINER, AND YOU, THE CLIENT.

ANYONE CAN MAKE YOU SWEAT. NO ONE NEEDS A DEGREE, CERTIFICATION, OR EMPLOYER TO MAKE THAT HAPPEN FOR YOU. I PLAN WORKOUTS TO BE SAFE, REASONABLE, EFFECTIVE, AND APPROPRIATE FOR MY CLIENTS' LEVELS OF CONDITIONING, INJURY HISTORY, PERCEIVED RISK OF INJURY, AND OVERALL READINESS TO BEGIN A TRAINING PROGRAM.

I HAVE SAFELY AND EFFECTIVELY PROGRESSED HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE TO ACHIEVE DESIRED OUTCOMES. IF YOU FEEL AS IF YOUR PROGRAM IS TOO ADVANCED OR NOT ADVANCED ENOUGH, PLEASE HAVE THAT CONVERSATION DIRECTLY WITH ME. ALL FEEDBACK IS GOOD FEEDBACK.

SCHEDULING

LIVE SESSIONS BEGIN AT THE TIME SCHEDULED. ANYONE ARRIVING AFTER 15 MINUTES SHOULD ASSUME THE APPOINTMENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED, THE SESSION INVENTORY WILL BE FORFEITED, AND I WILL NO LONGER BE ON THE PREMISES.

THIS POLICY IS IN PLACE TO RESPECT THE TIME OF OTHER CLIENTS WHO WOULD LIKE TO TRAIN DURING THAT HOUR AS WELL AS THE TIME AND PLANNING THAT I HAVE RESERVED FOR YOU. MISSING 25% OF A SESSION SHOWS PRIORITIES EXIST BEYOND THE SESSION PLANNED AND THE RESERVED TIME SHOULD BE RECONSIDERED.

HABITUAL LATENESS WILL LEAD TO REMOVAL FROM MY CLIENT ROSTER. AGAIN, THIS IS TO FULLY ACCOMMODATE EVERYONE WHO HAS REQUESTED TO TRAIN WITH ME. PLEASE SEE THE CANCELLATION POLICY IF YOU NEED FURTHER CLARIFICATION.
